HOW THE SHOW GOT MADE
Two ex-FP&A leads,
one grudge.
Encore started in 2024 after our founders closed their 200th combined board pack at 2am. The grudge was against the spreadsheet; the affection, weirdly, too. So we kept the grid, the keys and the formulas, and rebuilt everything underneath them.
The company is 19 people, remote across six time zones, and every employee, including the designer, can build a three-statement model. It's the onboarding.
